Conveniently located near Atocha Station, Metro, and Prado Museum. Helpful staff and minimal traffic noise despite being on a busy road.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the train station, making it easy to access. It is also within a short walk to the center of the city. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided good service, especially with the breakfast offering a great variety. The hotel also offers Chardonnay wine all day.
There is only one elevator in the hotel, which can lead to long wait times.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is conveniently situated right across from the train station, making it incredibly easy to commute and explore the city. The lift access from the station to the street level is a great convenience for travelers with heavy luggage. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was superb. There was a wide range of delicious options, from cooked eggs to pastries, fruits, and more. It was definitely a great way to start the day.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that we felt needed improvement.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just steps away from the central station. It was convenient for exploring the city and for traveling to other destinations by train. Being close to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores was a big plus as well. The room itself was in great condition, very clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects of my vacays at this hotel. the breakfast was disappointing and overpriced.

The location of this hotel is amazing, as it is right across the street from the train station. It makes transportation very convenient and the perfect choice for travelers. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location right across from Madrid Atocha Railway station, making it easy to catch trains and navigate the city. The metro station is just a few meters away, awesome for quick access to the city center. the hotel is close to the botanical gardens and the hop on hop off bus stop at Atocha.
